Looking for song name to song sung on May 2000 TV show Diagnosis Murder episode Swan Song. Composer might be Lou Forestieri. The Lyrics are "You're more than just my friend, you give me strength inside I know at times I tend to swim against the tide, But you're always on my side, I count on you, you count on me, who knows what lies ahead? What would we do if our paths should split, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it." I would like to purchase the song but I am having trouble locating it.
