1960's cartoon song

I had an album as a child that had a song about I can not find anywhere. It was about Deputy Droop along from ricochet rabbit. Went something like this: Droop along droop along droopy. The west was won by the slowest gun. Started out: People thing the west was won
By who was the fastest gun
But in my book the real hero
was famous just for being slow.

the bullet rolled out so darn slow
it landed right on droopy's toe

I also had that album, had a joke about coffee went along the lines of:
droopy asking ricochet Rabbit if he wants coffee:
ricochet: I'll have mine without milk
droopy: were all out of milk, you'll have to have it without cream.
ricochet: this coffee tastes like mud.
droopy: well it outta, it was just ground this morning.
