This is an early 90's r&b song by a group I believe with a hook that reminds me of a tears for fears song the lyrics I can get go some thing like....baby u send me hi hihi hyiiii baby u send me. Cellobrate the memories

Also I can remember some of the music video from this songs group. There's a heavy set black man standing on a beach I believe soulfully singing this song. Ughhh!!! Please help this is driving me crazy!!!
