The late, great Roy Buchanan used to play this song and included it on his 1978 "Live in Japan" album under the title "Lonely Days Lonely Nights", unfortunately released only in Japan. I haven't been able to find out who wrote it (yet).

It's "Those Lonely, Lonely Nights" by Earl King written by King/Vincent originally but with slightly changed lyrics.
